Refund Policy
Lecture & unlimited attendance courses

A tuition refund, less a $35 cancellation fee per participant for each lecture course will be issued. No refunds will be issued within 48 hours prior to the starting date of the lecture/course. Notice of withdrawal/cancellation of your registration must be provided in writing for a refund to be processed.

Limited Enrollment Courses

A $200 cancellation and/or transfer fee per participant will be deducted unless otherwise specified during course registration. Refunds for limited attendance courses will be made only if notice of cancellation is given in writing at least three weeks prior to the course start date. Refunds will not be issued once registration is confirmed and course material, if any, has been mailed out, or after the start date of the course.

These refund policies apply in general, but are superseded by any course specific policies which are in effect and specified at the time of registration.

Confirmation
For all courses, upon payment, an email confirmation of registration and receipt will be sent to the email address on your account.  For courses requiring pre-requisites, if you fail to meet the requirements, you may be removed from the course and the above policy will take effect.

Important Considerations
Note: Due to the new dental regulations, participants are required to sign-in before each session for proof of attendance.
