Refund Policy

Lecture & Unlimited Attendance Courses

A tuition refund, less a $35 cancellation fee per participant for each lecture course will be issued. No refunds will be issued within 48 hours prior to the starting date of the lecture/course. Notice of withdrawal/cancellation of your registration must be provided in writing for a refund to be processed.

Limited Enrollment Courses

A $200 cancellation and/or transfer fee per participant will be deducted unless otherwise specified during course registration. Refunds for limited attendance courses will be made only if notice of cancellation is given in writing at least three weeks prior to the course start date. Refunds will not be issued once registration is confirmed and course material, if any, has been mailed out or granted access to, or after the start date of the course.

Cancellations in any Aesthetic Course ( Neuromodulators / Dermal Fillers ) will be assessed a $500 cancellation fee, once course materials have been granted access to.

These refund/transfer policies apply in general, but are superseded by any course specific policies which are in effect and specified at the time of registration.

Transfer Fee

If you are unable to attend a course, but wish to be moved to another date the same course is offered, an email written request MUST be provided. CDE will offer ONE transfer FREE of CHARGE, however any transfer(s) after the one free course transfer will have a $25 Service Fee for Lecture Course(s), $50 for Lab/Hands-On Course(s), and $100 for Limited Attendance Course(s).  Payment must be submitted AFTER permission to move has been granted via email.  Notice of transfer MUST be provided at least ONE WEEK PRIOR, unless otherwise noted on your course confirmation.

A written (email or fax) or telephone confirmation will be provided only for limited enrollment courses. For all other courses, please email us for confirmation of registration. You will receive your receipt in the mail or on the registration date of the course.

Important Considerations
Note: Due to the new dental regulations, participants are required to sign-in before each session for proof of attendance.

  • Participants are enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis
  • One form per participant per course
  • Full payment in Canadian currency is required at the time of registration for all courses


Cancellation Policies
All courses are subject to cancellation if sufficient enrollment is not met.

Please Note: The Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry reserves the right to limit enrollment, cancel, or change the location, time, course content or teaching personnel of any course as may be deemed necessary or advisable.
